VFX Test Footage

This is what we did when practising for our Visual Effects research, we did this to see whether or not we could capture a shot of me riding a deer as Phoebe when doing the actual filming, We also did this to test whether or not the green screen would work to do this scene, which is what we want to use for the actual filming. These are the Images that we used to put the photo together in photo shop. This way worked fairly well for it did create the Image and it did make it realistic in as far as I am sitting on the deer and not a stall.

To do this in Photo shop:

- we took the the video of me sitting on the stool, pretending to ride the deer in front of the green screen.

- We then took a video of art department's sculpture of the deer ans positioned it the same way I was sitting on the stool.

- We then uploaded them onto the computer and dragged them into Photo Shop.

- We then used the lasso tool to cut out the background behind me so that it was all blank behind me.

- We then copied and pasted my hands and moved their layer on top of the everything do it looked like I was riding the deer.

- We then did this again in cutting the outline of the deer and we put each layer on photo shop to put me on top of the animal.

- We then chose a background from google of a sky and put it behind Me and added clouds from the Image infront of me.
