180 degree line design by me
This is the diagram of the 180 degree line rule when it comes to filming. The furthest from the writing side of the line you mustn't film on unless you show the rotation form one side of the screen to the other so that the scene change is clear, the reason for this is because if you skip from one side of the line to the other then the scene setting will flip and the characters will swap size which would confuse the audience and make it appear that the characters have moved on screen as shown in the boxes. The camera should stay on the correct side of the line because that way it shows all the movement and characters form one view.
