Visual Effects Research

Shots using visual Effects:
Shot 2: This shot is where Phoebe is drowning in the sea, this is a visual effect because we have to use the screen to complete the shot, for our filming location is at Long Road College where there is no water or sea to use for the shot, therefore, we have to use the green screen, and make the shot even more realistic using Photoshop. Shot 3: This shot is where it shows the insides of Phoebe when she is gaining her powers after drowning. This is going to be a visual effect because we have to do colour correction - increase of red for insides and increase of blue for the ice effects travelling through the body, also we need to create the clip as well as add effects after. Shot 5: This shot is where Phoebe rides the deer in the shot. This is going to be a CGI effect for we need to create the deer and make the deer look realistic after it is created, we also have to make the deer look magical.
Shot 6: This shot is a close up of the deer's head and Phoebes face, riding the deer. This shot will have a visual effect involved in as far as the deer is a CGI effect.
Shot 7: This shot is a close up of Skye on the space whale, this involves a visual effect because of the space whale which is a visual effect and will also be a CGI effect.
Shot 8: This shot involves a visual effect for it has the space whale's whole body and also Skye riding the space whale involved. The space whale is a CGI effect which is a visual effect, and what makes it even more of a visual effect is that we need to make it look realistic, we may use Photoshop to do this.
Shot 9: This shot involves a visual effect for it has the Keenan riding the polar bear in it as a wide shot, This is a visual effect because we have a CGI which is the creation of the polar bear, and again need it to look realistic yet still mystical.
Shot 23: This shot has a visual effect because it is a shot of Phoebe blowing ice from her mouth. This will be a visual effect because it will involve movement of ice coming from her mouth, colour correction to make it look like ice, and also the green screen to allow this creation.
